  1. *Moderate wasting was defined by weight/height z-score < − 2 to < − 3 for children < 5 years and BMI for age z-score < − 2 to − < 3 for children ≥ 5 years of age. Severe wasting was defined by weight/height z-score ≥ -3 for children < 5 years OR MUAC < 115 mm, and BMI for age z-score ≥ − 3 for children ≥ 5 years of age
  2. #Anaemia was defined by Hb below normal range. Normal range of Hb are: 9.0–14.0 g/dL (for 6 months to 5 years); 11.5–15.5 g/dL (for 6 to 12 years); 13.0–16.0 g/dL (12 to 15 years/ male); 12.0–16.0 g/dL (12 to 15 years/female)
