The level of Z-EDIII specific antibody after immunization. C57BL/6 mice (n = 5 per group) were immunized with Z_EDIII or PBS at 0, 14, and 42 dpi. Immunized mice were mated with homozygous breeding pairs. To measure Z_EDIII-specific IgG antibodies, blood samples were collected at day 2. Serum samples were serially diluted from 1:100 to 1:3,200 and the antibody level was determined by ELISA. Data show the mean ± SD of five mice per group. Each sample was assayed in duplicate.
