Table 2 Inclusion and exclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria

• Study describes evaluations of HIV, malaria, or TB HCP post-graduate training programs

• Study contains descriptions of the training program, methods used to evaluate the program and outcomes assessed in the evaluation.

• Study was published after January 1, 2000.

• Geographic areas of studies are not restricted.

• Only published articles will be included.

Exclusion criteria

• Literature reviews with no primary data collection

• Study describes framework or methodology proposed for training evaluation without primary data collection and analysis.
