Naoto Keicho MD PhD started his job in the Department of Respiratory Medicine, University of Tokyo. He spent three years in University of British Columbia Pulmonary Research Laboratory. After returning to Japan, he had a position as Director, Department of Respiratory Diseases, Research Institute, National Center for Global Health and Medicine. During this working period, he initiated international collaborative research projects on tuberculosis and other lung diseases with Asian countries. In 2013, he moved to The Research Institute of Tuberculosis, Japan Anti-Tuberculosis Association. His specialties are respiratory medicine, and molecular genetics.
