Kenji Hirayama MD, PhD, is Professor and Vice Dean at the Institute of Tropical Medicine (NEKKEN), Nagasaki University, and Tokyo Medical and Dental University. He is Chairman of the Parasitic Disease Panel of the US-Japan Medical Cooperation Program, 2008-2016. He is Chairman of the Forum for Ethical Review Committees in Asia and Pacific Regions (FERCAP), 2010-present.
